In 2011, INK Chemical Technology (Taicang) Co., Ltd. was officially established in the Chemical Park of Taicang Port Development Zone. The company completed the basic construction and safety & environmental protection facilities covering 6,528 square meters, with a total land area of 11,341.3 square meters.

In 2012, infrastructure and equipment commissioning was finished. The company passed was finished. The company passed various national special inspections, obtained trial production qualifications, and officially entered the trial production stage.

In 2015, the company was awarded three international certifications: ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), and OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System).

In 2018, driven by continuous R&D efforts, the company actively introduced new technologies and expanded its product portfolio. It was recognized as a Private Technology Enterprise of Jiangsu Province.

In 2019, the technical renovation project for functional polyester polyols and specialty surfactants was approved, further expanding production capacity and realizing the basic diversification of the product structure. The company was accredited as a National High-Tech Enterprise.

In 2023, the company implemented ERP management software and preliminarily completed the construction of its digital system. It was also awarded the title of Suzhou Engineering Technology Research Center for Special Ink Resins and Additives.
